Corporate & Investment Banking delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services. The Client Service Consultant is responsible for supporting internal and external customers by providing a more complex variety of support services in account management, operations, documentation, customer service and technical support. Duties include: onboarding new customers, working with existing customers and relationship managers; discuss operating problems; assessing and analyzing account activity and reports to identify irregularities and determine retention resolution; consulting with senior management on high level financial planning; assisting with projects related to internal/external systems with a focus on increasing efficiency through automation of manual processes; ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory updates. Provide guidance to lower level staff.
