As a DFX Review Agent you should have an interest in protecting user data. You should be willing to develop a critical understanding of the abuse and policy issues and be comfortable reviewing a large volume of apps to help us keep our store policy compliant. As we work closely with the policy team, you should be comfortable completing experiments ad hoc and providing feedback to improve the process. This fast paced workflow requires fast learning and the ability to shift gears quickly and smoothly.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing a wide variety of application policy reviews

  • Taking action on violating apps

  • Mastering policy knowledge to ensure high quality app reviews

  • Providing relevant feedback

  • Reviewing the apps in given time in accordance to the policies set by the client

  • Maintaining optimum utilization during a working shift

  • Performing high quality reviews

  • Maintaining the turnaround time on app reviews

  • Remaining be up to date on any policy changes


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a professional or military setting

  • Work in a 24x7 environment rotating

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field

  • Should clear basic English language proficiency test

  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment.

  • Computer savvy, Technologically capable especially web browsers, and data entry skills able to run virus and spyware scans .

  • Exposure to US culture

  • Ability to read and interpret text requests accurately

  • Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.

  • Should be able to navigate, search and download apps from client app store on the appropriate devices

  • Experience using and downloading Android based apps
