Day-to-day responsibilities for the Families Review Agent may include, but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with sensitive material including sexual images, child pornography and hate violence

  • Reviewing the apps in given time in accordance to the policies set by the client

  • Performing high quality reviews

  • Maintaining the turnaround time on app reviews

  • Being up to date on the policy changes

  • Providing reverse feedback on policies and apps

  • Working in a 24x7 environment rotating

  • Taking quality feedback

  • Ability to escalate when needed according to the process

  • Being able to keep your knowledge of current affairs up to date specifically American and internet culture

  • Using and downloading Android based apps

  • Should know basic troubleshooting skills


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a professional or military setting

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field

  • Should clear basic English language proficiency test

  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment.

  • Computer savvy, Technologically capable especially web browsers, and data entry skills able to run virus and spyware scans .

  • Exposure to US culture

  • Ability to multi task and adapt to rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to read and interpret text requests accurately
