We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated Recruiter, who will contribute significantly to the growth and success of Cellares.
The primary focus of this position will be to partner with organization leaders to hire essential technical talent to a variety of departments including Engineering, Quality, and Analytical/Process Sciences. During this process, you’ll own the recruiting process and candidate care from inception until close.
Candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, and be prepared to tackle a broad selection of challenges as the company grows.
- Own full cycle recruitment for multiple roles and define the requirements for each.
- Work with the recruiting team to develop effective sourcing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate and work closely with hiring managers to establish a strategy to successfully fill their unique open roles.
- Facilitate and guide interview debriefs.
- Create an incredible candidate experience.
- Build a world class organization and a great place to work!
- 4+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience in hardware, software engineering or highly specialized roles.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Web based ATS experience (we use Lever).
- Experience working on a small team in a quickly scaling environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Self-awareness, integrity, authenticity, and a growth mindset.
